By using our practically alignment tool, we can align and smooth the sheet after thorough machining. Any distortions and unevenness that may occur during, for example, punching or laser cutting are eliminated, and you will see an immediate improvement in the appearance and function of the product. Correctly aligned sheet metal ensures high quality sheet metal parts that pass quality control and live up to your high standards.

There are only a few companies in Sweden who are able to align sheet metal in similar dimensions to those we handle at Plåtmodul. Run width is 1,250 mm and the plant has 21 rollers that can align plates that are 3-15 mm thick. Part design determines when in the process we carry out the alignment in order to create a part of absolute finest quality and highest precision. Plåtmodul handles all alignment requested by Rotage customers.
